Okay, looks like consensus 18 million cash reported in the last quarterly minus 15 million for the duster means there is most likely $3M cash left at most.
Subtract duster overtime and administration fees etc so probably more likely $2-$2.5 cash at EOM.
Are the NEN assets worth $28.5M or more or less?
That is the key question that will dictate SP.
