My guess is that the SML will be issued before the new year.....I thought it would be issued weeks ago, but the cabinet has just been sworn in, they will want to make the announcement sooner ranther than later, as its not only about tax revenue the Govt will make but also the fact that PEK will be spending over a 100m building infrastructure, creating jobs.. ........wont be too much longer now.

The ex prime ministers son is on the board now, in that part of the world, for me that was the clincher.

The mining minister has stated publicly that the SML is at the final stage......hold your breath a little longer people.....this is happening.
