As you point out and as the market is already aware but too afraid to validate now OR as the market will work out very soon. An SML will result in a dramatic revaluation. It is too valuable to trade at such a discount. It should trade at a premium do to takeover speculation post the SML.
No true BFS level developers out there. PEK is the only one but the licence shenanigans has meant hands off for most.
