Continuous 12 hour shifts suck as far as I am concerned. If IGO can do it on 10.5 and keep the workforce happier fine by me. I don't even believe you can be safe at the end of regular 12 hour shifts.
Also I am under no illussion of big being efficient, hence if they resemble smaller outfits again fine by me.
Fully agree however that it is getting time for a company changing discovery (or two).
Appreciate discussion with posters such as yourself with considered/informed views. Beats the common drivel.
