That's the issue Harry nobody knows for sure, many questions no answers means no confidence from investors or the market. You can't deal with 100 companies and sign basically none, you can't say 6 deals before Xmas and sign none, you can't say 10 by 10 mill potentially and sign none. Gullible or optimistic or dreaming? You can't go to poc1 and bbi and deliver but sign none, who when why what went wrong? Questions no answers means 28 to 4.
