mc well below cash?

Comsec shows MC of Aud $ 44 million, with recent sale proceeds by my calc's based on Sept. 30th Cash at hand plus proceeds, now converted to Aud$'s = Cash in excess of Aud $ 60 million - please correct me if I'm wrong.

Excluding the Cash, just what are the -ve's & +ve's to MPO:

Land holding - surely it is worth something?, even the area under moratorium?

Law suit - has this got any legs?, if so can anyone place a realistic value on this? and it's likely chance success in being awarded against MPO? What timeline might this take to resolve?

IMO,Seems a glass have empty situation, just waiting for the Glass half full to take some interest?
