Well as I read through the Announcement re WDR taking a holding in THR, I was left with the impression that BTV was B.O.O.T ed out of THR, ( Don't think You will mind taht Pun) therefore BTV is no longer a 'Sister'for THR.
TNG well have a look at how things have gone there like Directors Selling Shares before a Rights Issue was announced and the relative Share Price performance.
The TNG/BTV Directors have since Bought Shares in BTV and perhaps this suggests that perhaps in the Short Term we will not see much happen here because of the possibility of 'Inside Trading' Charges. Trickey stuff going on here especially that last Two Transactions in the Closing Price Auction Today-- 4500 and 3000 BTV at 10 Cents, for $750.00( Looks like than is to encourage someone to take out some BTVs at 10.5 Cents).
