In our country we believe in a democratic system were wealth shouldn’t give u extra privileges. Our democratic election voting system is based on one person getting only one vote, my vote not being based on my wages or salary!
Not only does MCB rewarded by dividends but he shouldn’t be afforded the right to dictate to the BOD!
If u bother to study the history of the sharemarket, originally it was no different to CO- OPs, which are based on one vote per member.
He is welcomed to promote his point of views to the BOD but the outcome should be based on the majority of individual shareholders determine the vote.
The difference between u and me is u value greed above fairness!
