My objection isn’t the outcome of the climate debate but the unAustralian voting system allowed by the Corp Act!
As I mentioned MCB has the advantage afforded by the adulterated Corp Act… and the wimp is to gutless to allow one vote per shareholder!
When I mention MCB as having the advantage… the historical participant rate from eligible shareholders participation in voting is as low as 4-5%. From that low percentage rate the majority of votes come from the T20
That is why I mentioned to the hopefully, that they need to lobby some off the T20 against MCB!.
