    As I mentioned MCB has the advantage afforded by the adulterated Corp Act… and the wimp is to gutless to allow one vote per shareholder!

    The Corporations Act says one vote per share - not one vote per shareholder. MCB has no choice in the matter.

    I don't like MCB but you are just ranting,
