I emailed TS regarding my concerns about the lack of info regarding the MCC legal stoush.
Here is the reply:
Thanks for your email. You are correct in your understanding that the matter is currently at a litigation stage and much of the correspondence in relation to this issue remains confidential. However, take comfort in knowing that CFE strongly believes that it is owed the $80million payment and as such is instituting appropriate legal proceedings to obtain this payment. Currently there is nothing further to update the market in respect of this matter however, CFE will update the market as soon as there is further progress on this issue.
