Hi all,

I'd have to agree that MCC having being in negotiations for a payment timetable does seem more than a little odd if they feel they weren't liable for the remaining instalment.
If I was to hazard a guess, MCC may be taking a punt that CFE will not want the time and expense of a trial, and banking on a settlement of less than the 80m. It would be consistent with negotiating then stalling and so on. Who knows? Time will tell I guess.
