Yeah Doc, agreed that this is only TS' version of whats was discussed/ negotiated and that its a bit blury as to how it could end up in court in the first place...

sloppy contract? dunno- I've found the chinese are generally crude business people/ negotiators in my experience with them. I would have thoguht with the amount of legal people involved in these deals they would be pretty water tight.

I am still hopeful of gettting the $$, last I read somewhere was that this shoudl be reolved in the first week of April- guess that gives us 6 days!
