FIRB takes 4 weeks (I followed AED oil which is going through something similar)
I do not see that FIRB will be a problem as the have already approved the sale of the Balmoral Blocks in Cape Preston which was a bigger transaction.
If FIRB does not have any objections in 4 weeks then its through
The only I remember the only transaction that FIRB blocked was Shell trying to take out Woodside years ago
