My understanding is that, if tthe final $ 80 million is not paid then the purchaser is deemed to be in default, and thus the entire land holding reverts back to us automatically . Given the the Chinese have alteady announced plans to develop the deposit, the risk of losing the whole lot for a lousy 80 million would be an unacceptable loss of face ( and profits ) to them . So I think that they will eventually stop playing these legalistic games and settle . Just my thoughst .
