IMO I think there is a very good chance MCC may come in and make an offer for HIG, Cobalt27 may use it's blocking stake inturn to negotiate a better streaming deal with MCC to get the whole deal over the line for MCC. I don't believe there is any other suitor out there that would be interested in HIG. At the moment it looks like Cobalt27 is in the box seat, ironic isn't it!  We'll have to wait and see how this all plays out.
