I'm usually pretty sceptical of takeovers. But this one is ok for MCC imo - and good for GCL obviously. In the future as we market to the Asians size will be very important for negotiating power, look at BHP for example. Cleaning up these part owned mines into a single entity is a good thing. Next year should be good for the larger MCC imo.
