NHC sought an interim order from the Takeovers Panel to force MCC to delay their 12 April meeting.
MCC have now delayed the meeting by a week and NHC have withdrawn their submission to the Takeovers Panel.
The second offer from NHC is coming.

The significant shareholders are ultimately going to decide for MCC who MCC ends up with.
