    commbank has already called in the undertakers. they will probably pull the plug as they have done with every other company in distress.


    mccabe deal will go ahead at a fire-sale price. not sure how you can call a lousy $60m debt for equity swap a "recapitalisation". it doesn't change s hit imo.
