Still voting NO to McCabe getting his shares at 10c, the whole debt for equity debacle over the past 9 months IMO is one of the primary reasons Valad is consistantly trading at a discount to it's peers in the sector and always the last to rally (recall the 'dog' days).

Now going through at 12c, should be closer to 18-20c IMO. Conspiracy theorists suggest we have been getting so few updates on asset sales etc to keep the SP down for their mate McCabe.

Don't get me wrong it's nice to have the geaser onboard and interested, he knows a good buy (like 10c), so lets just not give it to him too cheap eh!
