Age and experience is a good combination in a lot of cases but sometimes age coupled withe the SAME daily experience each day for 50 years can put some aged way behind the times. 50 years behind the times. It is something my grandkids keep me well aware of.

I would hope McCabe is a shrewd businessman, up todate will "things". I like the idea where it relates to VPG. He has more than just a financial interest, I guess he doesn't want one of his "babies" to fail. I suggest it is worth a cent or two to the SP to have him on board and in this case on THE board.
