i think it would have been some sort of buyout, but i'm guessing the shareholders involved and i DON"T believe its Metro Energy (my man wasnt able to tell me who he thinks it is but he is buying at these levels) doesnt fancy having tb on the "new" board where as tb maybe not be so keen to step aside.....

i think next week could see things come to a head although i'm thinking 40-45 myself. but who knows?? afterall thk have spent an awful lot of money and whoever picks them up will really be getting a bargain....
