You might find this interesting, there is a line in the article attached that says MJH has the goal of being involved across the eastern sea board and a reference to SIO take over last year they did not agree with. Now they have the backing of a major money pot we could potentially see a take over bid or take private involving MJH whole owning SIO or a JV with SIO.
