It was a guess I thought oil would take another 2 months to hit 50 and more delays and cancellations would come into play, I worked in the oil game a little and think this deep sea stuff is very costly to develop so figured it would be hit hard on capex, and matrix would lose a competitor this still might happen i suppose soon enough, just hope the chinese dont start making their own LMRP in their new shipyards or deep horizon will be the norm LOL.
