Alan Kohler of the Syd Morn Herald yesterday pointed out a warning for transport and energy infrastructure stocks. In a humourous anecdote he alluded to information infrastructure the only safe infrastructure. Its about time, in my opinion, other analyst stop putting mcg in the basket with other infrastructures such as toll roads and airports who are at risk of birdflu (people stop flying) and energy costs. Mcg is in a league of its own and the discounting of cash flows should not be as risky as these others. It should have a lower cv...coefficient of variation.
