There is an ASX announcement on the X64 website which provides a synopsis on Mr Jeffery McGlinn. The release date was the 16 February 2021.
It is my understanding that it was Medusa who actually approached Mr McGlinn - not the other way around. The ASX release speaks about Mr McGlinns extensive experience, business history, his extensive business network, relationship with the Philippines Government as well as other governments around the world and his philanthropy interests amongst other things.

It is relevant to note that Mr McGlinn was appointed as a non executive director of Medusa on the 16 February 2021 - appointed Non executive Chairman on the 19 March 2021 - the approval for the Tigerway project was granted on the 16th April 2021.
