I should have realised. My fault. I plain forgot that when you present a reasonable and reasoned alternative reality to a 'true believer', the ones who 'know', who have 'done their research' - in reality don't know that they are spouting others lies - you only reinforce their deeply embedded prejudices and confirm to them that they, the few, are the only holders of wisdom.

The rest of us are idiots, easily led, disingenuous fools. Sorry. I'd forgotten that. Won't happen again.
