Regardless of whether his numbers hold or fall he has a mandate for the next 3 years .
Other states have made similar moves in terms of restricting non vaxed , just not as strong overall .
I'm not awar of any of them being challenged in court ... certainly not successfuly .

"Rights" are a LEGAL issue and I'm super tired of the word being thrown around willy nilly where it has no relevance outside of the imagination of the factually challenged unvaxed .
