Maybe WA should wait until 80% and then give a “final warning” with a month for anyone who hasn’t yet got the vaccination to get it done. After the month, open up.
Hard to see WA keeping the border closed permanently as it significantly restricts the lives of WA residents. At the same time, it’s a tough decision to let the virus in which is what opening the borders means…..
