Mark McGowan, the WA Premier has done a reasonable job sinc his govt's election. At this stage I intend voting for his govt next year.
However, on the border issue I agree with a letter to the editor in today's West Australian and I quote:
" No way to talk about Australians."
"When Prenier Mark McGowan accuses Prime Minister Scott Morrison of using our State as a dumping ground for returning Australians he does himself no credit. These are Australians. When hunbris is combined with excessive parochialism it becomes a toxic cocktail. What started out as a very successful policy on border control is now going too far, and polls have a habit of changing fast"
