McGowen suggests Albany Wave Farm unlikely to move forward., page-15

@KEG75 Read back over a few threads as people have been nice enough to find articles, links and documents for us.

From one article "Carnegie has a deadline of February 15 to prove to the state government it can build the wave energy project."
From a document posted today " Senate Economic Legislation Committee.....received an extension to report by February 11th, 2019. " 

We are waiting for clarification from the Government about R&D funding. Carnegie can't give an accurate proposal of how they will fund their share of the Albany Wave Energy Project until they know what is happening with this funding.
