I don't generally spend a lot of time watching Hot Copper however I would ask that if you wish to comment on a post please for all concerned keep it in context or simply start another thread. As previously stated I have never personally met the fellow nor had any dealing with him.
The main stream media of Sydney/ Melbourne and for that matter a number of polies seem to be obsessed with the term underquoting, what about over quoting because this will be the next tactic adopted by the grubby real estate fraternity. Imagine going to an auction and asking for a price guide because it wasn't published (based on comparative market data) and the agent over quotes, what do you think would be the repercussions for the seller!
