plan and simple... management suck and there is a disconnect between the buyers and the stores.. CC. focusing too much on their online sales and these online exclusives kill the local market. They are not focused on the instore customers... Stores are struggling to maintain stock levels but they have too much inventory... smells like a trout in an Tasmanian to me.
