    For anyone who hasn't noticed.

    MGW is being accumulated buy various USA buyers.

    Price recently took a belting after placement and upcoming SPP.

    Price has remained under the $3.10 placement and SPP since announced.

    It appears to me a deliberate attempt by bigger players to halt any dilution through SPP.

    Once this expires I am expecting an improvement in SP to around $3.40 mark and potentially much higher if these yanks get there head together (as if they haven't already) for take over.

    Therefore I say it is a screaming buy at low $2.90's if interested SPP expires 5.00pm 13th this month, all opinions and criticism openly welcomed.
