A real test of character (integrity) and competency can be gauged by looking at what the CEO and Chairman of an organisation have promised compared to what they’ve accomplished over the years.

Looking at CCX’s Director endorsed ASX releases over the last 4 years reveals quite quickly a very dismal record in this regard. This is why they need to remove themselves. They’ve lost the trust of investors and no amount of hiding escapes this. They simply haven’t delivered on a repeated basis and there is little confidence in their abilities. It is time they allowed a new crew to take the business forward, a team that respects shareholders equity and returns, that will start growing the top and bottom lines, progress growth in new markets properly and will exploit the potential inherent in customers that are uniquely loyal to the brand.

This is separate to the fact the CEO sold $6m of stock at its peak and has suffered very little or no base remuneration cost resulting from the financial disasters delivered. His interests in CCX proven to be incongruous to that of shareholders.
