McKim was fixated on ROE - a figure which is easily obtained for both WOW and COL. Any reputable on line broker - Comsec, CMC Invest, etc - provides financial figures and profitability ratios, including ROE , for COL . WOW and thousands of other companies.
Banducci seems to lack good communication skills, particularly compared to the CEO of Coles, Lea Weckert (her answers to McKim re ROE and other profitability measures, were precise and clearly articulated)
