Management were told from the start. . Frost came to see Browne in her dressing room, now they claim they knew nothing.
When you have invested enormous money and time developing a show to take on the road, you are going to protect that investment and your main star regardless.... especially IMO...for what were really quite petty indiscretions. unpleasant for sure, but hardly life changing.
I find it interesting that one girl stated:

And I think when you weigh up the cost of some things, the cost of me not speaking up is far greater than me never doing a musical again."
Yet the claim is they were scared of losing their jobs at the time. Now, apparently they are not and think that it is more important to speak up.
