you seem to be supporting what most of us here are saying that the dilution depends on the method of mining at the stope and does not matter all that much if haulage is by a decline or up a shaft, except it's easier to build a decline and maintain it, and juggling dirt for a shaft gets complicated, and you like narrow declines, me too
MCO would have a lot going for them if you were running the operation
plough, ventilation at the higher levels of the MS mine is excellent as it is - I've been there and checked it out
