i could be wrong yet i get the impression that there is a buyer with deep pockets who is slowly soaking up the offerings from the "no-news-so-let's-move-on" sellers as they drop their holdings into his ratty old hat. a bit like a rich beggar plying his trade whilst leaning against a "42.5c wall" for support.
mind you, there also appears to be a persistent seller who is as intent on dumping all his belongings into the old ratty hat too - along with his socks, shirt & tired old undies.
this is pantomime at its most exhilerating.
looking forward to the part when the chorus girls kick up their legs & bring their song to a crescendo as the old twitty cow wonders off stage.
