Quinty has sworn off Hot Copper for a while, but with good news forcomming, and posting in collusion, we cannnot ignore the chance to boast.

Looking at today's bulk of rounded-off purchases, we are prepared to bet, someone out there is stocking up MCO, pre some sort of postive announcement.

And more importantly, Halleluja .... our house is under contract, Quinty put up a tender proposal through our local PRD agent. The buyers are lovely people.

Celebrating his 37th year as a licensed agent, Quinty introduced the buyer; followed through with their four inspections; and even co-ordinated their difficult finance package.

All the while, he says to me (Q2), that I am his honesty mentor/meter, and now with good intentions, despite limited activity from the agent (although he is a good honest toiler), we have committed to giving him a $15k commission.

With settlement at end of July, Quinty says he too, will be buying many more MCO shares. We currently hold around 3m shares in four family entities.

However I say first, we need more good news announcements; but by then he says then it will be too late; then I counter with.... perhaps we should just wait and see!
