Sprott is a b good guess I reckon, but just a guess
the capital raising is a bit of dilution, but most likely no more dilution ever and MCO having no money problems from now on will be very acceptable to the market (my updated DCF valuation to include the dilution is $1.77 and an EPS of 16.4 two years forward)
