Peter H-B appears to be receiving about $30,000 p.a. as director's fees and probably about the same amount as consulting fees

if he is providing advisory services for NG without being on site that seems like a reasonable situation to me - I assume he can be contacted by phone when required to clarify some technical issue

however, in the interests of improving the management I'd like to see NG appoint a full time on-site production manager now there are funds to spare
