if you have taken any interest in my costings over the past few months and think they are useful then I would like to point out that all of my costings have included the costs associated with tunneling (development drives)

it has been my intention throughout to make sure that all costs are covered

so from my point of view development costs are immediate and not amortized over 5 or 10 years

and I believe that all the aussie miners are forced to do it this way as a consequence of generally accepted principles of accounting
