what a load of rubbish i can hear them shout in the outer and bay23................ sharps you have missed the point in your cloak of bearishness......... it's a great deal..... I might even call the company and ask to underwrite your personal shortfall as you don't look likely to take part!!!! lol...... i held options and shares and rang the company today FIRSTLY to say congrats on raising cap in this market and Secondly to ask why didn't they issue the new options to present mcooa holders......IE alter the present options...... the company was expressly prohibited under the asx rules from doing so i was told....... it's simple....... i was told they would have done 2 issues (one an mcooa alteration and one a new issue to shareholders)....... but under the listing rules it was too big a part of issued cap (60M x25c) to alter or something of that ilk...........I was also told that it would have taken a massive downscaling of options to the tune of 1 for 4 or similar for a waiver to even be looked at....... so someone like me who holds a lot of options, was gonna get watered down 3-4x in number of bits of paper held...... so it's a good and fair deal and I put my name down as a sub-underwriter to more if they wanted to call me...... sharps send me a message with your allocation and I'll take them up thanks........... happy punting....
