The simple fact of the matter is this
An announcement disclosing contracts signed points the share price up
No announcement keeps share price hovering at about this level
No announcement and corrections in world markets points share price down (due to shorters and a panic perception)
This formula has been tested time and time again against the market and continues to be proven on every occassion
