Utter rubbish, if you are trading without a stop loss, then you expose yourself to unlimited losses.
You seem to be just regurgitating articles from the web.
Again if anyone buying into LYC had had a sensibly placed stop loss when the price was up around the $2.00 mark, most people in this stock wouldn't be in pain right now and would be sitting with capital ready to pile in when the uptrend is confirmed or would have been able to move onto other better opportunities. By not having a means to cut losses short you tie up your capital and rack up missed opportunity costs as your money stagnates.
Most don't though through reading and believing the hype, lack of discipline and no trading system with set clearly laid out criteria for buying and selling and the most important thing
.....no emotion whatsoever towards the stock.
