NetDebt the one thing you guys seem to gloss over in otherwise good in depth analysis, is the potentially company transformative naturopathics acquisition from Blackmores last half, that is yet to show up meaningfully in any financials. Lot of back of envelope calcs seem to ignore serious potential of this major new acquisition. Just my two Bob worth, but I don't believe any TO at these levels to be taken seriously, other than the highly opportunistic crack at inherent company value on the cheap.
No doubt former CEO stuffed up, but company still has terrific potential in the right stewardship.
