Poor timing by the IPC in making this public before Regis could announce it as shares were trading live before it went iinto the current brief TH on this announcement going out. I knew about the decision too before 12:30pm as by chance I was the IPC site looking at another assessment and noted this one had gone to determined yet Regis was still trading.
