@Youssef here has posted the key document in my view. Thumbs up. It seems that locals just want compensation and regis is buying whatever they can from them. Water licenses seem to be the greatest hurdle and reading the document that Youssef posted it is not necessarily positive.
The document is from June 2021 and the timelines there point to providing support to the minister after 6-12 months. It is not greatly optimistic. Do people here have more information on this matter? Any insights on how and when the water license issue will be resolved?
