Cheers Heeman. I am happy enough for RRL. I have some in my super, though.... its going to take a bit to get it back into the green. McPhils is fine, but... even having the permit now, does not mean its smooth sailing. Capex will have exploded, plus all the extra things that will have been demanded by the Gov and other interested parties. RRL is not saying a word yet, but sooner or later, they are going to have to start talking about what McPHil is going to look like development wise. Then I think reality will set it. Plus... I just don't like RRLs main assets, they are ages gold deposits, with every higher strip ratios (excluding the 30% of Tropi).
If POG keeps flying, I guess RRL will have its move/moves, but... I just cannot buy it over better run/asset rich companies.
I cannot see any reason for RRL to be a target for corporate action. I look forward to seeing if RRL are even keen to develop McPhils, or will they hive it off. Is RRL really ready to build a new project?
